The shortest page on this website, on purpose.
When something is wrong.
Support runs through the same contact form and is answered by a person. Sign-in trouble has its own route. This page also states what OAVOS does not publish, because guessing is worse than knowing.
Contact the team
Send the request through the contact form, choose 'Something else' as the topic and say it is a support request. It reaches the people who can read your workspace.
Open the contact formA new account needs its email address verified. The message is sent when the account is created and can be sent again from inside the product.
What to put in the request.
The fuller the first message, the shorter the exchange.
The account and the workspace
The email address you sign in with, and the name of the workspace.
What you expected, and what happened
The page you were on, and the exact wording of any message you were shown.
When it happened
The date and the time, and whether it has happened more than once.
The market and the language
Where the request is about a measurement, the market and the analysis language it ran in.
Where the documentation stands.
There is no separate documentation site. What is written down in public is on this website: the methodology, the glossary and the guides. Inside the product, each screen states what it measured and what that measurement refuses to claim, which is where the detail actually lives.
What is not published here.
No status page, no service level, no response time and no ticket queue. When any of those exist, they will be published with the measurements behind them rather than as a promise.
