Subscription, Trial, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Policy forms part of the OAVOS Terms of Service and applies to self-service subscriptions purchased from Ollen Group FZCO. If an executed order or agreement states different commercial terms, that document controls for the Customer.

1. Pricing and plans

Current prices, billing periods, included features, usage limits, add-ons and applicable taxes are shown in the pricing page, quote or checkout accepted by Customer.

2. Free trial

• Where offered, the current OAVOS self-service trial lasts three (3) days.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• The amount due when the trial begins will be shown at checkout. Under the current offer, the subscription fee due at trial start is $0 unless checkout states otherwise.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically and the payment method is charged.
• Trial eligibility may be limited to prevent repeated or abusive trial use.

3. Immediate subscription

Where offered, Customer may subscribe without a trial. The first charge is due when checkout is completed, subject to payment confirmation.

4. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Renewal charges are based on the Customer's applicable subscription and taxes at the time of renewal, subject to any required notice of price changes.

5. Payment authorization

By providing a payment method, Customer authorizes OAVOS and its payment processor to charge amounts properly due under the accepted checkout or order, including recurring subscription fees, approved add-ons and applicable taxes.

6. Plan changes and add-ons

Any upgrade, downgrade or add-on will take effect according to the confirmation shown before Customer accepts the change. OAVOS will not charge a new amount without Customer authorization or another contractual basis.

7. Cancellation

• Trial cancellation: cancel before the trial expires to prevent the first paid subscription charge.
• Paid subscription cancellation: cancellation normally stops future renewal and remains effective through the end of the already-paid billing period, unless checkout or an order states otherwise.
• Deleting an account or workspace does not automatically cancel a subscription unless OAVOS expressly confirms cancellation.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, OAVOS or its payment processor may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, restrict paid features or suspend the subscription after any applicable grace period.

9. Refunds and credits

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription and add-on fees are non-refundable once the applicable paid period has started. OAVOS may correct duplicate or erroneous charges and may issue credits or refunds where appropriate.

10. Taxes, currency and bank charges

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for taxes and any bank or currency-conversion charges imposed by its bank or payment provider, except taxes imposed on OAVOS's net income.

11. Price changes

OAVOS may change published prices prospectively. Changes do not alter an already-paid billing period. Where a change affects renewal of an existing subscription, OAVOS will provide any notice required by applicable law or contract.
