OAVOS
Ollen Group FZCO uses third-party service providers to support the OAVOS Service. This page identifies core subprocessors that may process Customer Personal Data on behalf of OAVOS.

2. Feature-specific providers
OAVOS may use additional AI, search, retrieval, authentication or integration providers when the corresponding Customer feature is enabled. Because these providers depend on Customer configuration and may change as third-party services evolve, OAVOS does not publish internal routing or architecture details on this public page.
Where a feature-specific provider processes Customer Personal Data as a subprocessor, the current provider information applicable to the Customer is available through the OAVOS DPA, applicable account/legal documentation or on request. OAVOS will apply any contractual notification or objection rights agreed with the Customer.
3. Customer-selected integrations
Some integrations are connected at the Customer's direction and may act as independent controllers or separate processors under their own terms. OAVOS processes only the information and permissions required for the connected function.
4. Updates
OAVOS may update this list when providers change. The effective date above reflects the latest public version.
