Website page: /terms

Effective date: 12 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between the business or organization using OAVOS ("Customer", "you" or "your") and Ollen Group FZCO ("OAVOS", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Customer.

1. Business use and the Service

OAVOS is a business-to-business software service for AI visibility, digital intelligence, analytics, reporting and related workflow capabilities. The Service is intended for business and professional use, not personal or household use.

Features, integrations, supported platforms and usage limits may vary by plan and may change over time. OAVOS does not control third-party platforms, models, search services, websites or their availability or algorithms.

2. Eligibility and authority

  • You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • If you use OAVOS for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
  • You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, trade restrictions or other law.

3. Accounts and authorized users

Customer is responsible for its account information, credentials, authorized users, workspace access and activities performed through its accounts. Customer must notify OAVOS promptly of suspected unauthorized access and must maintain reasonable security over credentials and connected accounts.

4. Customer Data

Customer retains its rights in data, content and materials submitted to or processed through the Service ("Customer Data"). Customer grants OAVOS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze and otherwise use Customer Data to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, comply with law and follow Customer instructions.

Customer represents that it has the rights and lawful basis necessary to provide Customer Data and instruct OAVOS to process it.

5. AI-assisted features and outputs

The Service may use artificial intelligence and third-party data or technology providers. Outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete or incorrect and may vary over time. Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing or acting on them.

  • OAVOS does not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, traffic, revenue, leads or any other commercial result.
  • Measurements and analyses reflect the data and services available at the time of processing and may not represent every possible result or user experience.
  • Outputs are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

6. Third-party services and integrations

Customer may choose to connect or use third-party services. Customer authorizes OAVOS to access and process information within the permissions granted for those connections. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, restrict or discontinue access. OAVOS is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions outside OAVOS's reasonable control.

7. Acceptable use

Customer must comply with the OAVOS Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Customer must not misuse the Service, compromise security, infringe third-party rights, bypass access or usage controls, or use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.

8. Fees, trials and subscriptions

Fees, billing periods, plan limits, add-ons, taxes and other commercial terms are those shown in the applicable pricing page, order, quote or checkout accepted by Customer.

Where a free trial is offered, the checkout will state its duration, payment requirements and conversion terms. Under the current self-service offer, the trial is three (3) days, requires a valid payment method and automatically converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the Subscription, Trial, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customer authorizes OAVOS and its payment processor to charge amounts properly due under the accepted checkout or order.

9. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for taxes, duties and governmental charges arising from its purchase, except taxes imposed on OAVOS's net income.

10. Suspension

OAVOS may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, fraud, unlawful use, overdue undisputed charges, material breach, sanctions or third-party restrictions. Where practicable, OAVOS will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

11. Intellectual property

OAVOS and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, platform technology, branding and other OAVOS materials. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, OAVOS grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the applicable term for Customer's business purposes.

As between the parties, Customer may use outputs generated specifically for Customer, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms and any OAVOS materials incorporated in the output. OAVOS retains its pre-existing and reusable technology, methods, templates and know-how.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's non-public information that is identified as confidential or reasonably should be understood to be confidential, use it only for the relationship between the parties, and disclose it only to personnel and service providers with a need to know and appropriate confidentiality obligations. Standard exclusions apply to information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed or lawfully obtained from another source.

13. Privacy and data protection

OAVOS processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where OAVOS processes Customer Personal Data on Customer's behalf, the OAVOS Data Processing Addendum applies.

14. Feedback

Customer may provide feedback voluntarily. OAVOS may use feedback without restriction or payment, but will not publicly identify Customer as the source without permission.

15. Warranties and disclaimers

OAVOS will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Except for express commitments in these Terms or an applicable order, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from the Service.

Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, each party's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by Customer for the affected Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Indemnity

Customer will defend and indemnify OAVOS against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, Customer's unlawful use of the Service, infringement caused by materials supplied by Customer, or Customer's material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, except to the extent caused by OAVOS.

18. Term and termination

These Terms begin when Customer first accepts or uses the Service and continue while Customer has an account or active subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where cure is impossible or continued performance would be unlawful.

On termination, Customer's right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including accrued payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.

19. Data export and deletion

Customer may use available export functionality during an active subscription. Following termination, OAVOS may delete or anonymize Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, DPA, legal obligations and normal backup cycles.

20. Changes

OAVOS may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, email or website where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable commercial discussions.

22. General

These Terms, incorporated policies and any applicable order form are the entire agreement for the Service. If there is a conflict, an executed order form or DPA controls for its specific subject matter. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
